These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all feedback and survey submitted through this voice of customer website. By submitting a feedback or survey through this Site, you understand, agree with, and accept: (i) these Terms and Conditions and any corresponding changes thereto which we may implement from time to time; and (ii) our Privacy Policy in connection with how we process your personal information collected from this Site.

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “JFC”, “our”, “us” or “we” shall refer to Jollibee Foods Corporation, while “customer” or “you” shall refer to the customer who intends to submit feedback or take the survey from this Site.

Sending Feedback or Taking the Survey

If you decide to submit a feedback or take the survey through this Site, you will be asked if you want to be contacted by JFC . If you agree that JFC may contact you regarding your feedback/ survey, we will require your personal information such as name, telephone or mobile number, and email address. Otherwise, if you do not agree to be contacted, you will not be required to give your personal information.

We reserve the right to suspend any feedback that is treated as spam or contains malicious content.

Submission of Feedback and/or Survey

Upon submission of your feedback and/or survey, you are authorizing us to process your responses and use it for data analytics. If you allowed us to contact you, JFC shall contact you using the personal information provided, to investigate your feedback or issues, and conduct customer recovery, if needed. However, we reserve the right to refuse the processing of your feedback or survey without any notification should we find any incorrect or incomplete details, with the given personal information. We also reserve the right to discontinue communications in instances of unreasonable conduct towards JFC or its representatives.

Also, failure to respond to our email, SMS and calls may result to no feedback follow-up and should not be taken against us. Additional verification email may be required to proceed with your feedback investigation and JFC’s customer recovery.
